Do you offer shipping insurance?

We offer Package Protection from SavedBy. USPS and UPS limit the amount they will cover for your package. We recommend SavedBy Package protection. They cover your package if it's damaged, lost or stolen. The Superstore is not responsible for your package once your package has been handed off to the carrier. 

How do you calculate shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on most domestic orders over $150.00 (excluding sales taxes & package protection)

Items marked as oversized don't qualify for free shipping.

All other orders are calculated by one of our third party vendors. ( USPS or UPS)

What Shipping Options Are Available?

We ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)

When will my  order ship?

Orders placed by 8:00 AM EST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST will generally ship the next business day. We will notify customers via email within 48 hours with any shipping delays beyond 2-3 days and will attempt to make alternate arrangements if possible. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shippers’ irregularities, i.e bad weather.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All $150.00 orders ship free via economy shipping,  generally economy shipments arrive within 3-12 working days. You do have the option of selecting a faster service at your added expense. 

  • Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
  • Next Day: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order that ships out Friday would be delivered Monday.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an electronic tracking number via e-mail. 

We don't control shipping companies or shipping times. You have your tracking number once the order is shipped and you can track your package from your selected shipping company.. This shipping company is in control of your package at this point not the shipper (The Sea-Doo Superstore). We do offer shipping insurance at an additional cost. If you have purchased SavedBy Package Protection and your package is lost or stolen you may file a claim here.

Packages delivered are no longer in the control of our retailers or the shipping carrier and become the responsibility of the buyer to secure. Stolen packages after delivery has been made are not the responsibility of our retailers or the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about package theft after delivery you must request and pay for signature required delivery service BEFORE your order ships.

We can not guarantee your package will arrive on a specific day. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, weather conditions, mechanical failures or other acts of god times may vary.
